• What is an automatic bid?

  Automatic bidding allows you to place a higher offer without revealing it immediately.

  You enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay to acquire the item. The amount of your maximum bid is not disclosed to the seller or other bidders. In this case, simply check "Automatic" before clicking "Bid" for the maximum amount you wish to pay for this product, then click "Bid". 
  
   

  The advantages:

  • the automatic bid will automatically increase your bid by the smallest possible amount (no overbidding) so that you always remain the highest bidder with the highest offer
    
     
  • you have the possibility to bid on the item even if you are not available at the time of the sale
    
     
  • there are no ties – in case of a tie (if a bidder enters an amount identical to yours) your bid will be retained as it was placed first on the item
    
     
  • in the case of an outbid, the system will validate one last bid for you at the amount you indicated, even if the amount increases by only €1 (in this case we favor the automatic bid over the minimum increment)
• How to bid on a product?

  Then, go to the product you are interested in, enter the amount you want, and click on "Bid".

  If you have questions about the technical specifications or want to visit a product, you can contact the seller directly via the product page in the "Enter your question" section. The seller will reply in the same section and to your email inbox.

• Can I bid below the starting price?

  For certain goods, and with the permission of the seller, a tab located below the price allows you to make an offer below the displayed starting price.

  This offer will be considered in the event that no bid is made during the sale period.
