• What are the payment terms and time?

  Payment terms are vendor specific.
  They vary from 7 to 10 days for a sale by conventional brokerage.

   

  Note that for sales by Auctioneer payment terms are 2 working days.

• How do I pay?

  Depending on the seller you can pay for your goods in a number of ways.

  The payment terms are indicated on the product page and vary from one vendor to another.

  The usual methods of payment accepted are:

  • Cash
  • Transfer
  • Bank cheque
  • Online payment through Agorastore
  • Bank card (through the seller)

  
  You will receive all the details a few days after the end of the sale when the seller sends the confirmation email of winning bid stating the means of payment.

  Each seller on Agorastore has their own payment terms. These are detailed in the present General Terms and Conditions shown at the bottom of the seller's page.

• Are the products subject to VAT?

  Authorities have a 0% VAT rate (there is therefore no recoverable VAT for products sold by the authorities) and companies have a VAT rate of 20%.

  The product description sheet shows the amount of VAT.

• Can I pay online and if so how?

  Online payment is possible if the seller has enabled the option.

  To find out if you have access to online payment, check that the blue " Pay online " button appears in the product price when you go to " My Bids " in your account.

   

  If this does not appear, then online payment is not available. In this case, check the confirmation email received from the seller and follow the payment terms indicated.
