Your seller page on the marketplace

What your seller page is for, what it shows, and how to make the most of it.

🏷️

This article is for sellers. It presents your seller page: what it's for, what it shows, how buyers access it, and how to customize it.

Summary

  • Every seller organization automatically has a seller page on the marketplace, bringing together all its sales.
  • It shows your name, your logo, and your description, followed by the list of your items.
  • Buyers access it from the seller box on one of your listings.
  • They can create an alert to be notified about your upcoming sales.

1. What your seller page is for

  • It gives your sales a single, recognizable space, like a storefront.
  • It lets buyers discover all of your items at once, not just the listing they landed on.
  • It lets you communicate about your organization: who you are, what type of equipment you offer, how often.
  • It builds loyalty among regular buyers, who can follow your listings.
ℹ️

Your seller page is created automatically as soon as your organization is identified as a seller. You don't need to do anything to get it. If your organization was initially a buyer only, it's created when the selling activity is added.

2. How buyers access it

On your listings, a box shows your name and, if it's been provided, your logo.

Clicking this name or this logo takes the buyer directly to your seller page.

⚠️

If your name doesn't appear on your listings, direct access to your seller page isn't offered to buyers: only the full page address then provides access. Talk to your Agorastore contact if you'd like your name to be visible.

3. What buyers find there

Element
Detail
Your identity
Your organization's name, your logo, and your description.
Your sales
By default, current and upcoming sales.
Filters
By category, by sale status, or to show only sales reserved for professional buyers.
An alert
The option to be notified as soon as you publish new items.

Alerts on your sales

A buyer can create an alert directly from your page: your name is then saved as a search criterion, and the alert can be found from their Personal Space.

💡

It's an excellent way to build loyalty: buyers subscribed to your sales come back on their own with every new listing.

4. Your page's address

Your seller page's address is based on your organization's name, simplified: no spaces, no accents, and no apostrophes. It's generated automatically and stays stable over time.

You're free to share it: on your corporate website, in your communications, in your emails, or on social media.

5. Customizing your page

Two elements give your page its identity:

  • your organization's logo, which also appears on each of your listings;
  • the description, which introduces your organization to buyers.

To add or change them, send them to your Agorastore contact or to customer service. Be sure to provide a good-quality logo, on a light or transparent background.

Our tips

  • Write a short but concrete description: who you are, what type of equipment you sell, how often.
  • Add your logo: an identified listing inspires more trust from buyers.
  • Share your seller page address in your communications: it's a single entry point to all your sales.
  • Check how your page looks after each new publication, especially before a major operation.
