1. The four conditions to meet

2. The administrative steps
Two steps are distinct, and it's important not to confuse them:

You can publish your first listings while your business verification is in progress. Get it started early though: a completed sale without validated verification stays blocked at the collection stage.
3. What you need to prepare for your listings
Before you get started, gather the following for each item:
- at least 4 photographs (50 maximum): an overview shot, detailed views, and any defects;
- the technical specifications expected for the item's category;
- the required documents for the category (for example, the vehicle registration document for a vehicle);
- a collection address, required for every listing;
- your value estimate, which stays confidential and is used to calculate a recommended starting price.
4. What the sale will cost you
The details of the commissions and fees applicable to your organization are shown directly in the listing form, in a box that updates as you fill it in. It shows in particular the net sale price you'll receive, before VAT where applicable.
You must check the box accepting the pricing terms every time you submit a listing: this confirms the terms that apply at the exact moment you submit your item.
5. An item's journey, from sign-up to sale
- You create your account and your seller organization.
- You start your business verification.
- A member with the
Organizationrole grants you theProduct listingsrole.
- You create your listing and submit it for review.
- Once approved, it's added to the sale you chose and published automatically.
- At the end of the sale, you arrange collection, then receive the proceeds from the sale.

No. You can create and publish your listings. Only the end-of-sale steps, including the payout of funds, require validated verification.

Items offered must match one of the platform's categories and comply with applicable regulations. Every listing is checked by our teams before publication. If you're unsure about a specific item, ask your Agorastore contact.
How much does listing an item cost?
Commissions and fees depend on the terms negotiated with your organization. The details, along with the net amount you'll receive, are shown automatically in the listing form.
Can several team members create listings?
