This article is for sellers. It explains how to offer an item again that didn't find a buyer, without having to recreate the listing from scratch, and what pricing rules apply.

1. Which items are eligible?
Situation at closing | What it means |
Unsold | No bid was placed on your item. |
Not awarded | Bids were placed, but the sale wasn't completed: reserve price not met and not waived, or a bid invalidated. |
An item already relisted, or one for which you chose Don't relist, permanently leaves this process.
2. Where to find your items to relist
By email
Each evening, a summary email is sent to you if one or more of your items stayed unsold that day.
The button in the email takes you directly to the filtered list of your items to relist. If you're not logged in, the redirect happens after you log in.
From your Personal Space
The To be relisted filter is available at any time in My Sales.
3. Three possible decisions

Depending on the item, only one of the first two options is offered, never both. Items from our previous platform must go through Edit and relist, so their listing is completed to the current format.
4. Quick relist, step by step
- Open
My Sales, then theTo be relistedfilter.
- Select the item concerned and choose
Quick relist.
- A window invites you to confirm three elements:
- the starting price, pre-filled at 65% of the original price;
- the reserve price, where applicable, following the same rule;
- the sale: the next sale is suggested, but you can choose another.
- Confirm: the item goes back online immediately, visible in
My Salesand on the marketplace.
No new review is needed with a quick relist: your item goes back on sale very quickly, with no extra delay.
5. Editing before relisting
Choose Edit and relist if you'd like to improve the listing: add photos, refine the description, correct a specification.
- A new draft is created from the original listing.
- You're redirected to the first step of the form.
- Edit what you'd like, then submit the listing for review.
The same pricing rules apply: 65% of the original amount is suggested, and the price can't exceed that of the first listing.
6. Handling several items at once
From the list, check several items then choose Edit and relist or Don't relist.
In the first case, a draft is created for each item and you're redirected to My Drafts.
7. The 65% rule
- The default price suggested is 65% of the original price, rounded up to the nearest euro. - You can change it, never exceeding the price of the first listing. - If you don't enter anything, or if you enter an amount equal to or higher than the original price, the recommended price applies automatically.
The goal is simple: an item that didn't find a buyer needs a more attractive price to spark the first bids.
Our tips
- Don't wait too long: the sooner the relisting follows the original sale, the more visible the item stays to interested buyers.
- If your item received no bids, first question the starting price, then the quality of the photos.
- Choose
Edit and relistwhen the listing deserved to be improved: it's a good opportunity to rework it.
- Reserve
Don't relistfor items you've definitively withdrawn: the decision can't be undone.
Frequently asked questions
Can I relist an item more than once?
No. An item can only be relisted once. Beyond that, reach out to your Agorastore contact.
Why can't I raise the price?
Because the new price can't exceed that of the first listing: an unsold item needs to be offered again at a more attractive level.
Do I need to redo my photos and description?
No. The new listing automatically reuses the photos, description, and viewing and collection terms from the original listing.
I don't see the quick relist option, why?
It's not available for items from our previous platform, nor for those whose first listing wasn't created on your own. Use Edit and relist.
Does the quick relist go through a new review?
No, the item goes back online immediately. However, Edit and relist creates a draft that follows the usual review process.
I clicked Don't relist by mistake, what can I do?
This action is final and can't be undone on your own. Contact customer service to look into the options.
Can I choose a different sale than the one suggested?
Yes. The next sale is suggested to you, but you can select another sale, themed or all-equipment.
