This article is for sellers. It clarifies what you can change on a listing, at what point, and where to turn when editing on your own is no longer possible.

1. What you can do depending on the status

2. Editing a draft
- Open the
My Draftssection of your Personal Space.
- Find the listing, using search or the status and category filters.
- Open the row's actions menu, then choose
Edit.
- Make your changes: the form opens exactly as it did during creation.
- Use
Save and exit, or submit the listing for review directly.
Your changes are saved automatically. You can pause your work and resume later without losing anything.
3. Responding to a change request
When a correction is requested, the listing returns to your drafts with the Needs changes status, with a speech bubble giving access to the reason.
- Read the reason in full.
- Correct the relevant items.
- Check that no warning icon remains on the row.
- Resubmit the listing for review.
4. Requesting a change after submission
If your item has the status Under review or Upcoming sale, contact customer service or your Agorastore contact. For faster handling, specify:
- the exact title of the listing and, if you have it, its reference;
- the change requested, field by field;
- the reason for the request, especially if it's an error that could mislead the buyer.
Once the sale is open, the listing can no longer be edited: bids may have been placed based on the published information. Report any significant error about the item's condition or identification without delay.
5. If editing is no longer possible
Depending on the situation, two solutions exist:
- cancel the item's listing before the sale ends, when conditions allow;
- relist the item after closing, with a corrected listing.

Our tips
- Review your listing with the preview before submitting it: that's the best time to make corrections.
- Have the technical specifications reviewed by the person who knows the item.
- Never leave an error on the identification of a vehicle or piece of equipment: report it immediately.
- Keep your original photos: they'll come in handy if you need to relist.

Why can I no longer edit my listing?
Because it's been submitted for review. Edits are blocked during review so our teams can check a stable version.
Can I change the starting price of a published listing?
No. The starting price is part of the commitment made to bidders. It's set before the listing is submitted.
Can I add a photo after publication?
Not on your own. Send your request to customer service: depending on how far the sale has progressed, an addition may be possible.
Can I change collection dates after the sale?
The dates announced commit your organization. If it's not possible, contact customer service quickly, and they'll coordinate with the buyer.
Can a colleague edit my listings?
Yes. Listings belong to your organization: any member with the Product listings role can edit them.
How do I fix a rejected listing?
It can no longer be edited. Delete it, then create a new listing taking into account the reason given.
