This article is for all users, buyers and sellers alike.
Summary
- Our teams apply strict checks (KYC) before a listing goes live.
- Since zero risk doesn't exist, every report is thoroughly reviewed.
- You can report any listing or content that seems suspicious to sav@agorastore.fr.
1. Our upfront checks
Our teams apply strict verification procedures, including a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which verifies the identity and legitimacy of our sellers.
2. What to report
Type of report | Examples |
Questionable photos | Blurry, misleading images, or images copied from another site |
Suspicious documents | Registration certificate, transfer certificate, etc. |
Other inconsistencies | Anything that seems fraudulent or illegitimate to you |
3. How to report
Send an email to sav@agorastore.fr, attaching:
- The link to the listing in question
- Any information or screenshot that helps us understand the situation
4. What happens after a report
Every report is reviewed and thoroughly investigated before any decision is made (blocking the listing, suspending the account, etc.).
Why did a listing I was following disappear?
The seller may have withdrawn the listing because the item became unavailable or no longer matched the published listing. We work to limit this type of cancellation by making sure it truly reflects an inability to sell the item. For any questions, contact sav@agorastore.fr.
Our tips
- Don't hesitate to report anything that seems inconsistent to you, even if you're unsure: every alert is reviewed before any action is taken.
