📧 Main notification channel
Agorastore notifications and alerts are mainly sent by email to the address you registered when you signed up.
To make sure you don't miss anything:
• Check your email inbox regularly
• Remember to check your spam/junk folder
• Add sav@agorastore.fr and Agorastore emails to your contacts to prevent them from going to spam
• Make sure your email address is correct in your profile

Auctions:
• When you are outbid

📊 Notification frequency
Aside from functional notifications related to your account or an ongoing sale, you receive an email each time a new sale matches your alert criteria.
The frequency varies according to:
• The number of new sales published
• The specificity of your criteria (broader criteria = more notifications)
• The activity of sellers on the platform
⚙️ Managing notification volume
To control the number of notifications you receive:
• Refine your criteria: The more precise your alerts, the fewer irrelevant notifications you will receive
• Organize your alerts: Create separate alerts for different needs
• Adjust if needed: If you receive too many notifications, modify your alerts to make them more restrictive
• Temporarily disable: If you go on vacation, you can temporarily disable your alerts
If you wish to change the email notifications you receive, contact customer service so they can set up your account according to your preferences.
❌ I am not receiving my notifications
If you are not receiving your Agorastore alerts:
1. Check your spam/junk folder
Alert emails can sometimes be automatically filtered.
2. Check your email address

◦ Go to "My Account" > "My Information"
◦ Make sure your email address is correct
3. Check your alerts
◦ Go to "Alerts"
◦ Make sure your alerts are active
◦ Check that the criteria are not too restrictive
4. Check your notification preferences
Make sure email notifications are enabled in your settings under "My Saved Searches"
5. Add Agorastore to your contacts
Add sav@agorastore.fr to your contacts to avoid automatic filtering
If the problem persists:
