  To report a technical issue on Agorastore:

  1️⃣ Contact our support at sav@agorastore.fr

  2️⃣ Describe the problem precisely:
    - 📱 What device are you using? (computer, smartphone, tablet)
    - 🌐 Which browser? (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
    - 📸 Attach screenshots if possible
    - 🔄 Describe the steps to reproduce the issue
    - ⚠️ Error messages displayed (copy them exactly)

  3️⃣ Provide your information:
    - Your account email address
    - The URL of the relevant page (if applicable)
    - The date and time of the issue

  Can't find a listing anymore?
  It is possible that during the sale the seller decided to withdraw the listing because the product is ultimately unavailable or does not match the published description.

  
  Please note that we strive to limit this type of cancellation by ensuring that it is legitimate and corresponds to an inability to transfer the item to the bidder.

• How do I report a suspicious listing on Agorastore?

  At Agorastore, we make it a priority to ensure the quality of the listings published on our platform, as well as the reliability of our sellers.

   

  Strict support to guarantee quality:

  Our teams apply strict verification procedures, notably through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process which allows us to verify the identity and legitimacy of our sellers. This framework is designed to protect buyers and ensure a secure sales environment.

   

  And what if something slips through?

  Despite these controls, zero risk does not exist. This is why we have also implemented a rapid and rigorous procedure for handling reports. Each report is carefully reviewed and subject to thorough verification before any decision or action is taken (blocking a listing, suspending an account, etc.).

   

  What type of reports are concerned?

  You can alert us if you notice, for example:

  • Suspicious or inconsistent photos (blurry, misleading, or taken from another site),

  • Suspicious documents related to a vehicle (registration certificate, transfer certificate, etc.),

  • Any other inconsistency or element that seems fraudulent or illegitimate to you.

   

  How do I report a listing?

• The item does not match the product listing, what should I do?

  If, upon collection, you notice that the item does not match the information provided by the seller on the product listing, we strongly advise you to not collect the item and to notify us as soon as possible.
