What should I do if the product does not match the description?

Goods on Agorastore are generally sold as is, without commercial warranty.

If you notice a problem with the product after pickup, here are the steps to follow:

0️⃣ Do not accept the item on site if the non-conformity is visible

1️⃣ Take photos of the problem you have noticed

2️⃣ Keep all documents (delivery note, invoice, communications with the seller)

3️⃣ Quickly contact our support service at sav@agorastore.fr describing the problem in detail and attaching the photos. Our team will review your situation and help you find an appropriate solution. ⚖️
