The invoice history is temporarily no longer accessible directly from your personal space. Only the invoices for your new purchases will be accessible in your personal space.
How can you find your old invoices?
• Check your past emails: all your invoices were sent to you by email at the time of your purchases
• If you cannot find an invoice or if you absolutely need it, contact our customer service at sav@agorastore.fr who will be happy to resend it to you
đź’¬ Questions & Answers Module in Your Personal Space
Currently, when you ask a question about a product from the listing page, you receive the seller’s answer directly by email.
What’s coming very soon: We are preparing a dedicated Questions & Answers space in your personal area, more modern and convenient, where you can easily find all your conversations with sellers!
In the meantime, all responses remain accessible in your emails.
⚙️ Changes to Account Management Features
Some actions you could previously perform directly on the platform (such as changing your account status) are being redesigned to provide you with an improved experience.
These features will return soon, optimized and even easier to use.
