How do I manage my organization’s information and supporting documents?

You can easily edit your organization’s information and manage your supporting documents from your personal account.

✏️ Edit my organization’s information

To edit your company’s information (company name, SIRET, VAT, IBAN, etc.):

  1. Log in to your personal account
  2. In the “Organization” section in the left menu, select “Information”
  3. Edit the desired fields (company name, SIRET, VAT, IBAN, etc.)
  4. Click “Save” to confirm your changes

Your information will then be updated.

⚠️ If certain fields are locked or require special validation, contact customer support for assistance.

📄 Add or update my supporting documents

To add or update your supporting documents:

  1. Log in to your personal account
  2. In the “Organization” section in the left menu, select “Documents”
  3. Click “Add” in the box for the relevant document (e.g., bank details, proof of registration, etc.)
  4. Upload your file (accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG)
  5. Confirm the submission

Your document will then be sent for verification. Once approved, its status will change to “Validated”.

⚠️ If a document is rejected or missing, you will be notified so you can correct it.
