Sales reserved for professionals are open to certain types of professionals.
To find out if your business allows you to participate in a particular sale, consult the information provided by the seller. If it is not mentioned, you are advised to ask the vendor through the " Questions and answers " section found on the page of the product concerned.
Some vendors may choose to reserve their sales to only professional trades people. To participate you must be a company and submit your company's Certificate of Registration (giving the details of the activities you are allowed to exerce). You can then bid on those sales.
To do this, simply register here and choose the status " Company ".
Then go to the " My Account " tab, select " My Documents " and upload your Kbis extract.
In most cases, you simply need to be registered and logged in on Agorastore to participate in auctions. However, some sales are subject to specific conditions: these are conditional sales.
🔍 Identifying conditional sales
You can spot sales that require authorization by:
A label displayed at the top left of the listing photos (e.g. "For professionals")
Participation requirements indicated below the bidding block on the product page
The "Acquisition terms" section on the product page
📝 Requesting participation authorization
If you do not yet have the required authorization for a conditional sale:
Go to the product page you are interested in
Check the "Participation requirements" section to review the terms
Click on "Participate"
Follow the indicated steps and submit the requested documents
Validate your request
You will be notified by email as soon as your request is processed.
🔄 Automatic authorization
In some cases, authorization may be granted automatically, for example:
Thanks to the recognition of your SIRET
If you are registered as a company and your information is up to date
📄 Required documents
For an authorization request (especially for sales reserved for professionals), here are the documents to provide:
Kbis extract less than 3 months old (or proof of registration less than one year old for buyers outside France)
To be uploaded in the "My documents" section of your personal area
Depending on the sale, other documents may be requested. Check the "Acquisition terms" section of the product page to find out the specific requirements.
Important: Make sure your business activity matches those authorized for the sale, as indicated on the product page.
⏱️ Processing time
The processing time for an authorization request is approximately 24 business hours.
Our teams do their best to respond to you before the end of the sale.
💡 Tip: Make your request early enough and make sure your documents are up to date to facilitate and speed up processing.
🏢 Verifying your professional status
To verify your professional status on Agorastore:
Go to the "Organization" section then "Information"
Select the "Company" status
Fill in the required fields (organization name, organization number, VAT number if you have one)
Attach the necessary supporting documents in the "Documents" section (including a Kbis extract less than three months old)
Save the changes
Once these items are completed and validated, your professional status will be taken into account for participation in sales reserved for professionals.
❌ If your request is denied
Your authorization request may be denied if your business activity does not match the one(s) required by the seller.
Access to certain sales may be restricted for several reasons:
Compliance with current regulations (lack of technical inspection or certificate of conformity)
Safety standards (to avoid any risk of accident)
Commercial policy of certain sellers
You can find the details of these conditions at any time on the product page, in the "Acquisition terms" section.

To bid on certain goods, you must request authorisation. This will be requested as part of a " Business " sale or as part of a real estate purchase.
To do this, simply log onto our platform, and then go to the page of the product. Then click on " Request authorisation " which appears below the price.
You will be redirected to a new window where you have to upload the requested documents, and then save. This document must then be validated by the seller for you to be allowed to bid on the product. You will be notified by email when your authorisation has been processed.
Allow about 48 working hours to process your request.
