• What is the difference between favorites and alerts?

  Favorites allow you to save specific listings so you can find them quickly.

  Alerts (saved searches) correspond to a saved search that automatically notifies you by email when a new listing matches your criteria.

• How can I be alerted about upcoming sales?

  You can set up email alerts to be notified as soon as a product you are interested in is listed for sale on our site. You have the option to choose a category, a region, a seller, or directly the name of a product.

  📧 Create an alert (saved search)

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Search for a product using the search bar or the category menu
  3. Refine your search with filters (category, price, location, condition, etc.)
  4. Click on "Create an alert"
  5. A window will open with your criteria:
     • Alert title
     • Activation of email notifications
     • Alert frequency
     • Summary of the applied search criteria
  6. Confirm: your alert is saved

  You will then find your alerts in your Personal Space, where you can modify them at any time.

  Tips for managing your alerts effectively:

  • Be specific: clear criteria help avoid unnecessary notifications
  • Organize them: create one alert per type of item (vehicles, real estate, equipment, etc.) and name it clearly
  • Clean up regularly: delete alerts that are no longer useful

  ⚙️ Manage my alerts

  To manage your alerts from your Personal Space:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Personal Space
  3. In the left menu, under the "Buy" section, select the "Saved searches" tab

  From this area, you can:

  • Change the notification frequency
  • Access the results directly on the marketplace
  • Delete an alert you are no longer interested in

  Remember to update your alerts regularly to continue receiving relevant notifications.

   

• How do favorites work?

  Favorites allow you to easily save and track the listings you are interested in on Agorastore.

  ⭐ Add a listing to my favorites

  To add a listing to your favorites, it’s very simple:

  1. From the search results or on the product page that interests you
  2. Look for the heart icon ❤️ at the top right of the result card or page
  3. Click on it to add it to your favorites
  4. The listing is now saved

  Advantages of favorites:

  • Quick access to the listings you are interested in
  • Easily track price changes
  • Never miss important sales again

  With the new Agorastore platform, your favorites are perfectly organized in your Personal Space. This way, you can bid as soon as the sale opens, or simply follow several products to compare them.

  To access your favorites:

  1. Go to your Personal Space
  2. In the “Buy” section of the left menu, click on the “My favorites and bids” tab
  3. Here you will find all the listings you are following (favorites)

  🗑️ Remove a product from my favorites

  You can remove a product from your favorites in just a few clicks:

  From your Personal Space:

  1. Log in to your Personal Space
  2. In the left menu, go to the “Buy” section and select the “My favorites and bids” tab
  3. Click on the ❤️ icon at the top right of the relevant product card

  The product is then removed from your favorites.

  From the marketplace:

  You can also delete a favorite from the product page, or directly from the search results. Just click again on the ❤️ icon to deselect the product.
