• How do I login?

  Just click on " Login " at the top of the home page and enter your username and password provided during registration.

• Password problem?

  To login to Agorastore, use your email address (as username) and the password provided during registration.

  If you forget it or it doesn't work:

  • Be sure to check the case sensitivity of your password
  • Be careful not to include spaces
  • Also check that the caps lock is not switched on

  
  You can ask for a new password by clicking " Forgotten password? " on the login pop-up. The email address with which you registered will be required.

  With all new password requests, the old one is replaced and will therefore no longer be valid. 

  You can then change it in your personal area by clicking on " My Account " and selecting " Password ".

• I can't login, what should I do?

  If you are having problems logging into your account, it may be due to incorrect completion of your registration.

  Be sure to go to your mailbox that matches the address you specified during registration, to which we sent you an email to confirm your registration.

   

  Click on the link in this email to complete your registration.
