• How do I sign up on Agorastore?

  Registration on Agorastore is completely free with no additional charges. Here’s how to create your account in a few simple steps.

  ⚠️ Please note, you must be over 18 years old to register.

   

  📝 Registration Steps

  1. Click on the user menu at the top right of the screen
  2. Click on “Sign up” or click here directly
  3. You will be redirected to a guided registration process. 

  📋 Required Information

  The information you need to provide depends on your status:

  For individuals:

  • Fill out the online registration form
  • Provide the requested personal information
  • Secure the account by entering the code received by SMS.

  For companies:

  • Fill out the online registration form
  • Enter the organization’s name
  • Enter the VAT number
  • Enter the organization number
  • Secure the account by entering the code received by SMS.

  Note: The name (individual or company) and address provided on the form are those that will appear on the invoice and will be sent to the prefecture (in the case of a transfer declaration) once the sale is confirmed.

  ✉️ Registration Confirmation

  To validate and complete your registration, you need to go to your email inbox (which corresponds to the email address you provided during registration) where we have sent you an email allowing you to validate your registration.

  Click on the link and complete your registration.

   

  If you do not receive this email:

  • Check your spam/junk mail folder
  • Make sure the email address is correct in your profile
  • Contact our support team who will check your registration: sav@agorastore.fr

  🏢 Creating a business account after registration

  If you registered as an individual but would like to switch to a business account, you have two options: 

  • Create a new business account 
  • Contact our support at sav@agorastore.fr so our advisors can make the change to your account. 

  This will allow you to participate in sales reserved for professionals.

  To access your personal space on Agorastore, follow these simple steps.

  🔐 Login steps

  1. Go to the Agorastore website
  2. Click on "Log in" at the top right of the page
  3. Enter your email address and your password
  4. Click on "Submit"

  You are now logged in to your personal space.

  ❌ Unable to log in

  If you are having trouble logging in, it may be due to several reasons:

  Your registration has not been completed:

  • Go to your email inbox
  • Find the email "Validate your registration on Agorastore.fr"
  • Click on the link in this email to complete your registration

  You forgot your password:

  • Click on "Forgot password" on the login page
  • A reset email will be sent to you
  • Follow the instructions in the email

  If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

  🚫 Account blocked

  If your account is blocked, it may be due to:

  • A sale canceled due to non-payment
  • A sale canceled due to failure to collect

• My account is blocked

  There are different reasons why your account may be blocked:

  • If there are outstanding irregular payments from previous auctions
  • Failure to collect products purchased
  • Non regulatory practice (soliciting an Agorastore seller to acquire a product outside the auction)

  (We advise you to check the General Terms and Conditions)

   

  If your account is blocked or if you find yourself unable to place a bid, please contact our customer services at sav@agorastore.fr .

• I can't login, what should I do?

  If you are having problems logging into your account, it may be due to incorrect completion of your registration.

  Be sure to go to your mailbox that matches the address you specified during registration, to which we sent you an email to confirm your registration.

   

  Click on the link in this email to complete your registration.

• My registration didn't work, what should I do?

  Be sure to fill out all the required fields, choose your title and your status (if you are a business, a community, an organisation, individual or other).
  Then confirm.

  If that does not work, try a different browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer ...).

   

  If it works, don't forget to click on the validation link you receive from Agorastore by email.

   

  Do not hesitate to contact us again if it still doesn't work.

  If you wish to deregister from our site, please send us the request by email to sav@agorastore.fr. We will advise you of your deregistration from our site by email.
