Browse through the different categories from the banner at the top of your screen to discover available items.

To refine your search:
Perform a search or access a category
Use the filter menu located on the left of the page
Select the criteria you are interested in:
Category (vehicles, furniture, equipment, etc.)
Price
Location
Ongoing / completed sales
And many more...
The results update automatically when using checkboxes; otherwise, make sure to click "OK".
To sort the results:
Look for the sorting dropdown menu (at the top of the results)
Select the desired sorting criterion
The results will automatically reorganize
Tip: You can combine several filters for a more precise search. The more detailed your criteria, the more relevant the results will be.
🔔 Save a search (create an alert)
You can save a search by creating a personalized alert:
Log in to your account
Perform a search using the search bar or categories
Refine your criteria with filters
Click on "Create an alert"
Enter the title, frequency, and enable email notifications
Confirm
Your search is then saved and accessible in your Personal Space, under the "Alerts" section. You will receive email alerts as soon as a new item matches your criteria.
⭐ Find a previously viewed listing
If you added the listing to your favorites, you can easily find it in the "My favorites and bids" section of your Personal Space.
In your Personal Space, easily find all your saved searches and favorite listings.

To ask a question about a product:
Go to the product page of the item you are interested in
Use the “A question about this item?” section
Ask your question (features, condition, possibility of a visit, additional photos, etc.)
You will receive the answer by email at the address associated with your account
📸 Request additional photos or documents
Yes, you can absolutely request additional photos or documents regarding a product.
Use the same procedure via the “A question about this item?” section to make your request to the seller.
The seller can update their product page based on the questions you have asked, in addition to sending responses directly to you by email, as long as the auction has not yet started.
⏰ Response time
Usual response time: Generally between 24 to 72 hours (business days)
Factors influencing the response time:
The seller's availability
The complexity of your question
The volume of questions received
The seller's working hours (public entities, companies)
Sellers strive to respond as quickly as possible, but it is possible that you may not receive a response before the end of the sale.

Wait a few days: Sellers may be busy
Check your spam folder: The response may have arrived without you noticing
Review the description and available documents: Make sure you have read all the information already provided on the product page
Contact support: If after 5-7 days you still have not received a response and this is limiting for your bidding, write to sav@agorastore.fr who can follow up with the seller
