1. How to submit a complaint
Send your request to sav@agorastore.fr. Our Customer Experience team will do its best to resolve your issue, within the limits of the exclusions below.
2. What can be reviewed
A non-conformity: a gross or blatant description error, proven by the buyer with photos.
Photos must be submitted within 72 hours of the complaint.
3. What cannot be the subject of a complaint
Items in general
- Odometer reading ≥ 200,000 km
- Usage meter ≥ 12,000 hours
- First registration date ≥ 10 years ago
Technical defects
- Fluid leaks
- Air conditioning fluid leaks
- Flat battery
Bodywork
- Scratches on paint, exterior mirrors, alloy wheels
- Dents
- Interior damaged by wear or dirty, damaged mats
- Chips on windows
- Flat tires
- Broken light bulbs
- Impacts on bumpers or headlights
Missing equipment or items
- Navigation CD/DVD/SD, spare wheel, onboard toolkit, tire repair kit
- Manuals and service booklet, past technical inspections or administrative records
- Spare keys, engine covers, hubcaps, antennas
Other excluded cases
- Delay in reissuing or sending administrative documents
- A sale awarded by our auctioneer
- A sale won by a professional buyer
- A non-conformity noticed after the initial collection deadline
- An item that has already been collected from the seller
